Live Delivery Guarantee

In the rare case that one or more of the fish have arrived dead, please take a picture or two of the dead fish in the unopened shipping bag. The pictures should be sent to gary@hullaquatics.com. Once we receive the pictures and verify the loss, we will provide a refund. Please note that if we sent extra fish with your order, we do not provide any refund on the extra fish. (ie, your order was for 3 fish and we sent 5, and 2 fish arrived dead, there would be no refund)
